I called with a few minutes to spare before closing time. The point of contact was very helpful and provided excellent customer service with no rush. The dumpster was delivered the next morning. I received updates via text for delivery and pick up. The driver was very nice and answered a few last minute questions. The service was wonderful from start to finish. Highly recommend! I specifically chose this place because I saw that they deliver on gooseneck trailers instead of a rollback truck, and I knew I needed that to get a dumpster in an awkward entrance to a driveway. Extremely well-priced, very much so! I haven't found anything close to comparable! Very personable and friendly, but also very professional and experienced! I went with C&D because they were by far the best price, but they aren't a budget outfit. We received text message updates on the status of our dumpster delivery, which was really helpful. When I had a question about whether I could include an item in my dumpster, they responded quickly, even though it was the weekend. They also were super responsive when I wanted to extend our rental. Chris at C&D Dumpsters went above and beyond to keep us going without delay while cleaning out my parents' house. It was our last day with extra crew and so we had to have a dumpster. Great company! Great prices with no surprise fees (everything is included in prices quoted). Texts to alert delivery and pick up times. Had a glitch with our pick up, but was able to work it out with company on phone; avoiding a $100 dry run fee that we would have been charged. Grateful they worked with us. C&D were amazing to work with called them to see what dumpster was available they sent me a contract within 5 min, I paid for it with my credit card and the dumpster was delivered about an hour later.
